| WAREHOUSING: |
POWERTEX has an international network
of warehouse services. We work with our customers to provide required
services such as stock management, final shipment to the supplier's
site and installation of bulk liners.

| INSTALLATION OF BULK CONTAINER LINERS: |
The POWERTEX network of warehouse and installation
facilities allow our customers to receive the containers ready for
the loading process.

| INTERMEDIATE STORAGE/ TRANSLOAD SERVICES: |
POWERTEX has an international network of partners
who specialize in trans-loading and storage of bulk products. We
can coordinate the transfer of product into hopper trucks, bags
or silos, allowing our customers to best manage their supply chain.

| LINER REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL: |
Once fully discharged, we will coordinate the necessary dismantling
of the bulk liner, including the removal and disposal of the liner
components. We invite our customers to provide POWERTEX
's contact information to their receivers for a full review of their
regional options. |
